Associate's Degrees

Associate degree programs require completion of specific course work in the area of concentration, plus a core curriculum of general education courses in liberal arts and sciences. Many serve as preparation for transfer to bachelor’s degree programs in a related major. To receive the associate degree, students must complete at least 20 courses and earn a minimum of 60 credits. The number of credits varies, however, with totals ranging from 60 to 73, according to the requirements of the individual program..

Certificates

Pre Degree Certificate Programs can serve as the basis for further higher education or professional studies. They enquire students to complete a minimum of 24 credits of specified course work, mainly related to particular fields of employment. While general taken as preparation for direct entry into employment, many students return and apply the credits to an associate degree program.

  • Biotechnology Technician Computer Aided Design (CAD)

  • Electronic Telecommunications Systems

Short Term and Accelerated Certificate Programs and Business & Industry Certificate programs are made up of three to six three-credit courses, focused on one subject in a specialized field
